Applikationshinweise:

Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Testis. Recommended concentration: 3.75 μg/mL.

Western Blot: Preliminary experiments in Human Heart, Skeletal Muscle and Thyroid Gland lysates gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1 μg/mL).

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.
