Kreuzreaktivität (Details): Purified virions. Reacts with all antigenic types of Influenza B in all applications. Does not cross react with influenza A virus, Parainfluenza virus (types 1?3), Respiratory Syncytial virus or Adenovirus. Negative reactivity against monkey kidney cells by indirect immunofluorescence.

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for use in ELISA, IFA and Western blot. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
