Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: The antiserum has been characterized by RIA, ELISA and all staining techniques. Has been found to stain 4 % buffered paraformaldehyde fixed rat brain sections using indirect immunofluorescent procedure at a dilution of 1:1.000. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Format: Lyophilized

Rekonstitution: Reconstitute with 0.1 mL PBS containing 11 mg/mL BSA for the equivalent of whole antisera or with additional buffer for more dilute antisera.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 1X PBS, pH 7.2.
