Applikationshinweise: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunoblotting (also non-specifically recognizes a 41 kDa protein in denaturing gels), Immunohistochemistry (paraffin embedded tissue, appropriate fixation-acetone or paraformaldehyde). Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
