Spezifität

Recognizes the 110KD integral membrane glycoprotein CD68 (Macrosialin) predominantly expressed on the intracellular lysosomes of monocytes and macrophages and to a lesser extent by dendritic cells and peripheral blood granulocytes. Elevated expression of CD68 has been demonstrated on CD34+ cells in various human malignancies, including several Acute Myeloid Leukaemia studies.

Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL to label 1 x10⁶ in 100 μL. Membrane permeabilization is required for this application. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
