Spezifität
- Reacts with CD300a, a 60 kD leukocyte transmembrane glycoprotein (immunoglobulin superfamily), expressed on human granulocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, NK cells, 25 % of circulating T cells and 15 % of circulating B cells. Expression is also on T and B subsets, B cells, dendritic cells and mast cells.

Usage: The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells using 20 μL reagent / 100 μL of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension.
