Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL for 2 hours at RT. Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin): 0.5-1 μg/mL for 30 minutes at RT. Positive control: A431 and skin cells.
