Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Approved: IHC, IHC-P, WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:50 for 20 minutes at RT. No special pretreatment is required for staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues. Positive control: Recombinant human Factor XIII a-subunit, capillary hemangioma, dermatofibroma, and placenta.
