Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Functional Blocking. Western Blot (ECL detection): 0.1 μg/mL will detect chicken and mouse NCAM. Immunohistochemistry (Wide range of fixatives): 1 μg/mL will detect chicken NCAM, 2 μg/mL will detect mouse NCAM. ELISA: 0.3 μg/mL.
