Species cross-reactivity: Mouse, rat and human. The immunogen peptide has 92 % homology with rat and human Orexin-B.

Usage: Western blot: 1-10 μg/mL using Chemiluminescence technique ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000. Immunohistochemistry: Not tested. It is recommended that the antibody be tried at 2-20 μg/mL.
