Spezifität: Reacts with full length Orexin-B. The epitope is not found in Orexin-A. Since Orexins-A and Orexin-B are derived from an unprocessed pre-pro orexins (130 aa), the anti-Orexin-B antibodies may also react with pre-pro orexins. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse, rat and human. The immunogen peptide has 92 % homology with rat and human Orexin-B.

Usage: Western blot: 1-10 μg/mL using Chemiluminescence technique ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000. Immunohistochemistry: Not tested. It is recommended that the antibody be tried at 2-20 μg/mL.
