Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Approved: IHC, IHC-P, WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1-2 μg/mL for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues is improved by boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Conditioned, serum-free medium from (TPA-treated) human fetal lung cell line HFL-1. Bladder, breast and ovarian carcinoma.
