Applikationshinweise: Approved: IHC, IHC-P, IP, WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation (Denatured verified): 2 μg/mg protein lysate. (Use Protein G). Western Blot:1-2 μg/mL for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1-2 μg/mL for 30 min at RT. Note: Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: MCF-7 cells, HUVEC cells. Tonsil or breast carcinoma.
