Usage: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, ELISA and Neutralization. Immunoprecipitation: 25 μg/mL. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~3 ng/mL. Neutralization: 3 μg/mL. 50 % of the proteolytic activity was inhibited under conditions in which the enzyme was present at 1 μg/mL and the substrate concentration was 10uM.
