    Spezifität

    Recognizes 2 rat proteins of 50 and 75kD in solubilized hippocampal membranes by Western blot. The 75kD band was not visible in striatum. Approximately 100-400 μg of protein/lane should be loaded to visualize the 75kD band. In IHC, D1R has been localized in various regions of the rat brain. Species sequence Homology: porcine or bovine (100 % ), human (78 %) and mouse (92 %).

    Usage: Suitable for use in Western blot, Immunohistochemistry, and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-10 μg/mL (Chemiluminescence technique) Immunohistochemistry: 2-10 μg/mL on paraformaldehyde fixed sections. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL (1 μg/mL D1A peptide/well).
