Spezifität
- Recognizes human Adenosine A2b receptor. Recognizes a band of ~50-52kD in several rat, mouse and human tissues (thymus, placenta, colon and small intestine). Also recognizes the 35kD band in small intestine. Does not recognize the native receptors. No bands were detected in skeletal muscle or heart. Will not recognize native protein in immunoprecipitation experiments. Species cross-reactivity: rat and mouse.
