Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Approved: IHC (0.1 - 0.5 μg/mL), IP, WB (0.1 - 0.5 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry: 0.1-0.5 μg/mL on 4 % paraformaldehyde perfused and fixed rat cerebellum and cerebrum tissue. The addition of 0.01-0.1 % Triton X- 100 to incubation buffer will increase cellular permeability. Western blot: 0.1-0.5 μg/mL using rat cerebral preparation (7.5 % non-gradient denaturing gel). Will detect a single 48kD band. Western Blot: 1:1000 on 10 μg of rat brain lysates.
