Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Functional applications. Functional Application: Blocks adhesion of leukocytes to endothelial cells. Flow Cytometry: Used as a stain for FACS analysis. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections): 0.5-1.25 μg/mL, stains acetone-fixed cryostat sections or cell smears.
