Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg immunoprecipitated IQGAP1 from 500 μg of a HepG2 RIPA lysate.
