Applikationshinweise: Approved: ELISA (1:4000 - 1:20000), IF, IHC, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. ELISA (capture): 1:4000 to 1:20000 using peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 min at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
