Usage: Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50. Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1 x10⁶ or cells or 100 μL whole blood. Western Blot: Non-reducing conditions. Immunoprecipitation. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
