Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. Direct ELISA: 0.5 μg/mL. Use 100 μL/well. Detects 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant human NGFb. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 mg/mL. The detection limit for recombinant human NGFb is 1.5-3 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Neutralization: 0.05-0.08 μg/mL yields one-half maximal inhibition (ND50) of the biological activity of 1 ng/mL human NGFb.
