Applikationshinweise: Approved: ELISA, IHC, IHC-Fr, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections or acetone-fixed tissues are recommended. Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections are usually not reactive. PLP fixation is suggested as an alternative forparaffin-embedded sections. Western Blot: 1:1,000. Identifies a band of approximately30KDa. Note TIMP-1 is found in very low concentrations inmost cells and tissues. Positive control is HT1080 cells treatedwith PMA or recombinant TIMP-1 protein.

Not recommended for: IHC-P
