Applikationshinweise: Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), ICC, IHC, IHC-P

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Between each step, cells were washed with PBS containing 0.1 % BSA. Immunohistochemistry: 25 μg/mL to detect DLL1 in paraffin-embedded human squamous cell carcinoma tissue sections. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human DLL1. The detection limit for rhDLL1 is ~6 ng/well.
