Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. ELISA: 1:10000 (0.2 μg/mL). Western Blot: 1:1000 (2 μg/mL). Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin): 10 μg/mL (human stomach carcinoma). Immunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL (HT1080 cells).
