Usage: Suitable for the detection of Histone H4 by Western blot. Human peripheral blood cell lysate or Jurkat cell lysate can be used as positive control. An approximately 14kD band is detected. Western blot analysis of Histone H4 in human PBMC cell lysate with antibody. Western blot: 2 μg/mL.
