Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot Analysis: 1:40000-1:80000 dilution of this lot detected acetylated Histone H2B in sodium butyrate treated, acid extracted proteins from HeLa cells. Unacetylated recombinant Histone H2B was not detected.
