Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:200 using avidin-biotinylated HRP complex (ABC) (Frozen and paraffin sections). Note: Paraffin tissues require pretreatment with pepsin or trypsin. Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:200. Western Blot: 1:100-1:1000. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: Hybridization of SP2/0 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice immunized with a cytoskeletal preparation of human bladder carcinoma cell line T24.
