Spezifität: Reacts with the high molecular weight form of the leucocyte common antigen. This antigen is found on B cells, approximately 50 % of bone marrow cells, all CD8+ve T cells but splits CD4+ve T cells into two populations differing in their helper activities.

Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 1:100. Use 10 μL to label 1 x10⁶ in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:100-1:1000. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin):1:100-1:1000. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
