Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Immunohistochemistry (frozen, unfixed sections): Staining has been observed in studies of neuroblastoma, leukemia phenotyping and carcinoma of the breast, and in studies of renal cortical fibroblasts in progressive renal disease. Epitope is resistant to trypsin treatment used to release adherent cells from surfaces. -
