    Hintergrund

Chemokine (C-C motif) receptor 7,CD197 / CCR7 (chemokine receptor 7) is a seven membrane-spanning protein serving as a receptor for chemokines CCL19 and CCL21. It is expressed on most naive T cells, some hematopoietic stem cells, mature dendritic cells, NK cells and some memory T cells and B cells subsets. CD197 plays important roles in development of thymocytes, and regulating the recirculation and homing of lymphocytes and dendritic cells to secondary lymphoid organs.,CCR7, CC-CKR-7, EBI1
