Applikationshinweise: Detection of PSA antigen. Recommended pairs for detection of total PSA (coating - conjugate): 5A6-2H9, PS2 - PS6, 5G6 - 5A6. Best pair: 1H12- 5A6 Recommended pairs for detection of free PSA (coating - conjugate): 5A6-8A6, 2H9-8A6, PS2-PS1, PS1-PS2, 8A6 - 5A6. Best pair: 8A6 - 5A6 MAbs can also be used in lateral flow.
