Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry -Cultured cells: Strongly reacts with epithelial cells. Frozen sections: Strongly reacts with all simple epithelia. Paraffin-embedded tissues: Reacts weakly on methacarn or modified formalin-fixed material. Formalin fixative is not advised. A protease pretreatment of the deparaffinized sections is advised. Western blot The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the researcher.
