Spezifität: M5I-1 reacts with an internal epitope of MRP5 (ABCC5), a 190-200 kDa transmembrane protein that is closely related to the multi-drug resistance protein MRP. M5I-1 does not cross-react with the human MDR1, MRP1, MRP2, or MRP3 gene products. Species Reactivity: Human. Others not tested.

Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Flow cytometry: Optimal conditions still to be determined. Immunocytochemistry: Use at a 1:20-1:50 dilution on acetone-fixed cytospin preparations. Immunohistochemistry: Use at a 1:20 dilution on acetone-fixed frozen sections, followed by incubation with rabbit anti-rat IgG and a monoclonal rat APAAP complex. Alternatively, after incubation with primary antibody and washing, slides can be incubated with biotinylated rabbit anti-rat IgG and streptavidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. Western blot: Use at a 1:20-1:50 dilution (with anti-rat-HRP). The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the researcher.
