- Hintergrund
- Neurofilaments are members of the intermediate filament family and are neuron-specific. There are three major proteins, NF-H, NF-L and NF-M. Accumulation of neurofilaments is observed during the progression of numerous neurological diseases. This antibody recognizes phosphorylated NF-H sequence n-KSP-c (lysine-serine-proline). Some cross-reactivity to the phosphorylated n-KSP-c of subunit NF-M may be observed in some species.
