Spezifität: Recognizes the Chicken homologue of mammalian CD28. In chickens CD28 is expressed by all T cells excluding T cells that are gamma/delta positive. Studies suggest that the co-stimulatory role of CD28 is important to T cell function in chickens. Clone AV7 has been demonstrated to recognize Turkey CD28.
