Applikationshinweise

ELISA: Direct: To detect hIFN-λ2 (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) a concentration of0.25 - 1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. In conjunction with compatible secondaryreagents, it allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hIFN-λ2. Sandwich: To detect hIFN-λ2(using 100 μL/well antibody solution) a concentration of0.25 - 1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. In conjunction with Polyclonal Anti-HumanIFN-λ2 as a capture antibody, it allows the detection of at least 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well ofrecombinant hIFN-λ2. Western blot: To detect hIFN-λ2 this antibody can be used at a concentration of0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detectionlimit for recombinant hIFN-λ2 is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducingconditions.
Other applications not tested.

Hintergrund
- IL28 is a cytokine distantly related to type I interferons and the IL-10 family. This gene, interleukin 28B (IL28B), and interleukin 29 (IL29) are three closely related cytokine genes that form a cytokine gene cluster on a chromosomal region mapped to 19q13. Expression of the cytokines encoded by the three genes can be induced by viral infection. All three cytokines have been shown to interact with a heterodimeric class II cytokine receptor that consists of interleukin 10 receptor, beta (IL10RB) and interleukin 28 receptor, alpha (IL28RA).Synonyms: IFNL2, IL-28A, Interferon lambda-2, ZCYTO20
