Applikationshinweise: ELISA: In a Sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μL/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/mL ofthis antibody will detect at least 1000 pg/mL of recombinant Human MIP3-alpha when usedwith Biotin anti-Human MIP3 alpha antibody (cat. PP1052B) as the detection antibody at aconcentration of approximately 1.0-2.0 μg/mL. Western Blot. To detect Human MIP3-alpha by Western Blot analysis this antibody can beused at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatiblesecondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant Human MIP3-alpha is 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
