ELISA. Western Blot: the antibody recognises bands of 76 kD, 66 kD, 56 kD and 36 kD underreducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin sections (paraffin sections require antigenretrieval using heat treatment prior to staining). Detection of CDV in immunofluorescence procedures, in which the staining seen has acytoplasmic pattern in infected cells. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
