Store at +4 °C or at -20 °C if preferred. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Should this productcontain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
Bu-1a is a 70kD alloantigen expressed on B cells and a subset of macrophages. Reports suggest that Bu-1 is expressed on B cell precursors at early stages of development. Weak cross-reactivity with Bu-1b may be seen at higher antibody levels. This may be removed by appropriate titration.
