Kommentare:

IP: In immunoprecipitation (but not in other assays) tubulin coprecipitates with synaptogyrin 1 in about equal proportions. This is due to a direct binding of the antibody to tubulin. ELISA: Suitable as capture antibody for sandwich-ELISA with ABIN1742189 as detector antibody (protocol for sandwich-ELISA).
