Spezifität: The mouse monoclonal antibody NKTA255 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD305 / LAIR1, a 40 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on NK, T, and B cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, eosinophils, basophils, mast cells, CD34+ hematopoietic progenitor cells and thymocytes.

Applikationshinweise: Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 μL reagent / 100 μL of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
