Hintergrund
- PsaG is a transmembrane 11 kDa subunit of photosystem I. The analysis of PsaG knock-out plants suggested that PsaG is involved in the stabilisation of photosystem I core. Absence of PsaG does not interfere with photoautotrophy (Varotto et a., 2002, Plant Phys., 129, 616 – 624).
