Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.1-1.0 μg/mL. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL. Antibody reacts with a ~160 kD band on Western blots of rat and mouse brain tissue lysates (20 μg). Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 5-10 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1-2 μg/mL.
