Produktmerkmale: Chickens were immunized with purified Keyhole Limpet Hemocynanin (KLH). After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and IgY purified. Anti-KLH was immunoaffinity purified using purified KLH immobilized on a solid support. This antibody was subsequently conjugated to fluorescein isolthiocyanate.
