Applikationshinweise: ELISA. Immunofluorescence Microscopy: 1: 100. Immunohistochemistry (paraformaldehyde-fixed tissue sections). Detects chlamydia species in clinical specimens after fixation with Methanol/Acetone: 1/1.

Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Handhabung

Rekonstitution: Restore with 1 mL dist. water.

Buffer: PBS, pH 7.4 containing 0.5 % BSA as stabilizer and 0.09 % Sodium Azide as preservative.

Konservierungsmittel: Sodium azide

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen: Use of sodium azide as a preservative will substantially inhibit the enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.

Handhabung: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Lagerung: 4 °C/-20 °C

Informationen zur Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8 °C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20 °C for longer.
