Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin embedded tissue: 1: 10(after reconstitution dilute further with PBS), incubation time 1h at RT. Dot blot on nitrocellulose membrane (after baking at 70C). Cell culture.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Rekonstitution: Restore in 1 mL distilled water

Buffer: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % Sodium Azide, 0.5 % BSA

Konservierungsmittel: Sodium azide

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen: Use of sodium azide as a preservative will substantially inhibit the enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.

Handhabung: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Lagerung: 4 °C/-20 °C
