Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded sections: 16 μg/mL Antigen retrieval: Steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, at 99-100 °C for 20 min. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer for 20 min. Rinse in 1x TBS with Tween (TBST) for 1 min. at room temperature.
Other applications not tested.

Hintergrund: The Neuromedin B receptor, a Bombesin Receptor, activates phospholipase and protein kinase C and enhances calcium mobilization. It binds neuromedin B, a potent mitogen and growth factor for normal and neoplastic lung and for gastrointestinal epithelial tissues. Neuromedin B receptor expression has been reported in brain, particularly the olfactory bulb and thalamus, and in colon, liver, placenta, testis, spinal cord, and gastrointestinal tract.
