Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry with formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues: 4-11 μg/mL Antigen retrieval: Steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, at 99-100 °C for 20 min. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer for 20 min. Rinse in 1x TBS with Tween (TBST) for 1 min. at room temperature.
Other applications not tested.

Hintergrund: The ETL protein receptor has been characterized as an Orphan-B GPCR with an unknown ligand. ETL has a large extracellular domain with epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like repeats, a seven-transmembrane domain, and a short cytoplasmic tail. ETL expression is developmentally regulated in heart. ETL protein receptor expression has been documented in heart, lung, and vessel.
