Applikationshinweise: Western Blot: 1/1000. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose. Does not work on frozen sections.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
